I got pulled over and got my first ticket. I was going 25 over. I was wondering if I was eligible for the Infraction Deferral Program? I heard some peoole say 25 over makes you ineligible. I hope to god it doesn't bc if i can't get the ticket waved it is going to skrew up my insurance.

Depends if the county you got pulled over in offers it. Go to the court office of the county you were pulled over in, and ask for it. You will still have to pay the ticket off, but your plea will be "Deferral Program"

Worked in Clark County for me.
