Posting a vehicle for sale? READ THIS FIRST
Ok, I've seen way too many for sale threads that lack basic information that should've been included in the first place to help buyers get information quickly and easily. So, if you want to post your car for sale, it would be a good idea to go through this "checklist" and see if you've included very useful information that could make the difference in your sale. Not to mention adequate and accurate information will weed out people who don't really want your car that might have to post to get answers only to be let down AND waste your time.
Anyway...
Year, Make, Model, and Trim of the car
Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) for Carfax reports
Drivetrain layout if applicable (FWD, AWD, RWD, etc)
Automatic or 5-speed transmission
Color of exterior and interior
Interior fabric (cloth, leather, vinyl, etc)
How many miles are on the engine/chassis?
Is the engine rebuilt?
Is the title clear or salvaged?
Any new or replaced OEM parts?
Any new/upgraded aftermarket parts?
Are there any problems with the vehicle (mechanical, electrical, cosmetic, etc)?
Do you have any pictures of the vehicle to post?
Post your contact information (telephone, email, AIM, etc)
And one of the most important items: POST A PRICE (or trades)
