Anyone here have a gun trust?
Im looking into making a gun trust and i am curious if anyone here has one. if so which method did you use? what did it cost? any personal experience or input would be appreciated.

I have silencer shops trust they sell. Easy to do but can be confusing at times. They will help you. I have an SBR and am about to put a can on it.

With a trust you don't need CLEO sign off or passport pictures for NFA items. As of now you need a trust you to use e file for form 1 stuff (SBR, SBS, build your own suppressor, etc).

I notice that form 4's are being approved faster with a trust now.

I have one from silencer Co. If this new law is passed by the end of the year the trust will be kinda pointless besides leaving NFA items to family member or friend on the trust as they want EVERYONE to now submit a letter to the state, passport photo ID and finger print cards. That's if it gets passed tho.
