No one has amended? You mean amended the 2nd or just in general?

No one has amended the 2nd amendment to allow for infringements.

I apologize if I was not clear on that.

I was wondering.. the 2nd IS an amendment to the constitution.

I think people are still debating that a new amendment is needed. As the Supreme Court as already shown that some limits on manufacturer, ownership and sale of guns and the like is constitutional.

The supreme court got it wrong. They have made quite a few bad rulings over the years.

You are on the wrong site to look for NRA volunteers. That is all.

Wrong or not (completely opinion)doesn't change the fact the the SC found it constitutional and we now have legal precedent.

True.

We also have precedent that black people are not human, it's ok to put our own people into internment camps based on their appearance, and that corporations are human beings.

Precedent does not override a constitutionally guaranteed right.
Legally only a constitutional amendment can do that.

As for the nra and special interest groups.... you are merely spouting untrue far left lies.
The majority of the money brought in by the nra is from memberships.
Compare that to mayors against illegal guns, Brady group, and every other anti 2nd amendment group which gets most of their money from a few rich elitists.

Which side is really on the side of the people? A thinking man would say the one that gets most of their support from those people

Obama’s presidency has been a boon for gun makers, prompting industry analyst Jim Barrett to call the President “the best thing that ever happened to the firearms industry,” in an Associated Press interview. According to an October analysis from AP, Ruger’s sales have increased 86 percent since Obama took office; Smith & Wesson’s have gone up 41 percent.
Yes the firearm industry HATES Obama. That bastard has done nothing but make them money hand over fist. :roll eyes: All they have to do is rattle their saber and tell the nuts their 2nd Amendment is going to be taken away and they line up to buy their product.

They hate the democrats and democrat ran states which is why they are packing their bags and moving to red states.

They can hate Obama and still take in profits. He isn't helping then make money because he wants to. It's an unintended consequence of every anti 2nd amendment push.
