Install steering wheel controls

Anyone interested in installing the steering wheel controls in my Infiniti G35? I've got all the stuff needed to do it, just not the knowledge to do so.

Any help would be appreciated. Will compensate.

I have a VTII HSV XU6 that I am fitting the stereo controls to the factory stereo. The 2 wires that go into the final plug are Black and the other yellow. I purchased the controls from a wreckers today. Now call me stupid, but could you please explain what this clock spring is all about. Thank you:-)

I put in a double din headunit in my 2006 sedan. I chose not to do the steering wheel control install because IIRC, you have to solder the connections from the aftermarket controller to the OEM steering wheel controls, thus splicing your wires and solder.

This probably doesnt help much but I can help you with double-din removal/HU install but thats about as far as my experience goes.

Get on G35driver. com in the AV/Electronics section has tutorials on everything.

Hmm, not sure about steering wheel controls. But if you want expert advise, you may inquire from 4WheelOnline. They have lots of deals with wheels and tires. They might be able to help you out.
