I am dealing with trans issues. Its not hard parts its either software or a converter issue. Working on it. Once I get that figured out I will post up and let anyone interested know when I will be at the track for its maiden 1/8th mile pass. See you all soon.

Stand-alone trans controller (TCI) will be here tomorrow around noon. Once I hook it up I will know where the problem lies. If its the trans or converter they are both going back to company for service. If its fixed than I will make a nice video and then pull the motor to replace it with the new built one. Stay tuned till tomorrow

are you runnin it non-intercooled? from the video it looked like you were runnin a pipe straight from the turbo to the tb

I have a water-2-air intercooler. Its in there right under the front of the turbo behind the pass light. The tank and pump are in the bed.


As far as the motor goes this is a stockish 6.0 liter I used to make sure everything worked together before swapping it out with the built block. Same block basically so it will bolt right up to everything. Just LOTS more power...

BIG thanks to RPM Transmissions in Daleville, In http://www.rpmtransmissions.com/ for the trans work today. I took it up there and they grabbed it out of the back of the vehicle and started working on it right then and there. I drove 2-1/2 hrs up there this morning and I and back home now with it completely finished up. I smoked the clutches in 1st, 2nd, and 4th gear. There was a loose bolt found among other things in the trans that was not good Its all good now, they even put my converter on and ran it up on the trans dyno to make sure I was taking it back in 110% condition. The price was RIGHT also :tup: THANKS GUYS ! !

The new motor and trans will be going in Saturday morning. Can you say 1000+ hp Sunday :lol:

I will have a nice video and pic of the dyno sheet ASAP.
