they have rumble strips/speed bumps to keep people from racing there
last time i was there some dude laid down his bike with no helmet on at about 80mph. he was real messed up, made me not want to go back just from seeing that.

I believe it was something like that actually. I never had anything then to race myself, but I was always down there watching friends.

It was blue and that is Chris Martin. That car wasn't fast but worked on the short ass road of 13th street. Nothing could really compete with an AWD car on 500 feet of space.

Anthony's Turbo firebird donkey fugged that talon down there one night. I remember staying down there till the sun came up, what a great time.

Straight F&F right there

The few times that the helicopter would come out was always so much fun. You don't see that happening anymore these days.
I think we need to step the game up so they have to get the helicopter out again. Really, I don't think anything has ever made me happier than seeing cops rushing in at us from all sides and hearing the helicopter come out of nowhere and spotlight us.

i remember my first time down there. the boys from the west end pulled up with a trailor and unloaded a drag bike. they got the wheelie bars on and fired up the bike, running straight exhaust. damn it was loud lol. i remember saying cops are gonna hear this. he did a burn out and then lined up and the cops came from every direction. every body rolled out and those guys were taking off the bars when th cops all pulled around him. lord knows what the cops did to him. good times
