Savage Striker Pistol
Savage Striker Model 516
.308 Winchester
Black synthetic stock
Stainless finish
Burris 2x7 long eye relief scope

Up for sale is a unique (though admittedly slightly odd) firearm. A Savage Striker pistol, it is a bolt action pistol chambered in .308. Could be used for concealed carry if you're a fatty, but more designed for hunting white-tail and other big game, the -perfect- wild boar gun. I'm selling it to fund the purchase of my 700, and because I'm impatient I'm gonna let it go cheap.

$650

Considering the cheapest I've seen one of these go is $625 for the gun alone, and the $250+ Burris scope it has on top of it, you'd be making off like a bandit. Trades are pretty much out of the question, with the exception of a Remington 700 SPS Tactical in .308.

Damn .308 in a handgun. I bet thats a blast to shoot!

Sure you want a 700 SPS? If you shoot my Savage 10fp you might change your mind. I, personally, was sold by the accutrigger.

this man speaks the truth i was going to build a 700sps but i have the accutrigger turned down to like 2lbs on my savage they are really easy to modify at home unlike the remingtons from what ive read. both both are great guns, just that trigger will save you a go 80-100 b.c youll never have to mod it.

But what savage makes up for with the trigger they lose with the stock . I see both sides of the argument, I just love how the savage shoots too much to not buy one.

Bump a unique gun (I honestly don't think Ive EVER seen one of these at the range before!).

lol Ive used one of these before, they are great for hunting I might just buy it to use during hunting as a backup, but as a CC umm good luck I wouldn't want a bolt action for a CC, even one shot of a .308 would do it.
