any specials on making intercooler pipes? I have 1 intercooler pipe and 1 turbo intake pipe that are powdercoated mild steel but I want them replicated in aluminum. I can send pics if it will help.

No but I will do the best that I can do. I really can only do so much to be able to compete on charge piping since 1) aluminum material is so expensive 2)TIG welders arent cheap and 3) I spend more time trying to market the aluminum pipes to guys over muffler shop IC pipes trying to justify the price. I know we all cant build our projects to the max since we have other expenses in life but its what your charge pipes really need to be constructed from to get the most from your intercooler.
