Well, I've been slacking. The past two weeks my visits to the gym have been seldom and my visits to the drive thru frequent. This has resulted in me being in some pretty crappy shape lately so it's time to jump back on the hourse. I've done it before, and I'll do it again, this time with even more knowledge and a more balance diet and strict routine.

So today, October 1st, 2004 I begin my progress thread in what I will call the road to recovery.

My logs will include my exercise for the day as well as my diet, all of which is open for critique. Wish me luck guys, supporting comments are always good :)

Excellent. I've gotten better at the healthy food stuff, i've cut WAY down on my fried foods (I miss my fried rice :() and been going to the gym regularly. Almost got the coke thing cut out too.

lol, i fell off the wagon too, but it was only because of my birthday and constant parties and fattening foods.

I'm back on track though. Couple pounds heavier but it will come off fast. :)

I havent faulter'd or stumbled :P

i am on a fun fun diet of PROTIEN PROTIEN PROTIEN. Still not getting enough. I am gaining strength. I still suck @ flat bench though :confused:

Good luck Kyle its easy to quite. hard to come back.
