Hey guys, I am new to town here and I was wondering what kind of tuners there are locally? I saw there were a few BPU++ MKIV Supra owners here with large singles and I was wondering where do you guys go to tune your cars? Any dynos locally? Any tuners that specialize in 2JZ? What engine management systems are the local guys familar with? Any help would be great!!!

Thanks in advance. :)

The stock motor is the 2JZ-GE which was the stock motor for the MKIV supra N/A cars, SC300, etc. I will say this though... it is not a stock motor anymore, but it is not a tt long block.

Sweet, what piston/rod combo did you go with?

I saw that at Hooters in Clarksville next to Amanda's GSX, which surprised me since I haven't seen her car in a bit.

New bumper (which appears to ahve alot more room for the FMIC to breathe, lowered, and different wheels. It's not THAT much off your car, appearance-mod wise

You said stuff is not stock motorwise? I am curious, did you do electronic work to take care of the vvt-i, or did you leave that set-up in there?

Tim, I am still have a fully functional vvt-i head on the car. The standalone has the ability to control the vvti, so it still has very nice low end power.

Thanks again for the compliments fellas. It has been a LOT of hard work getting the car where it is. :)

'99EBP, very nice car my friend. What year IS does your mother have? Manual or auto?

Yes RPM Miller, it's RabbitRacer19 ; i didn't know that they had an ems to already control the vvt-i, i seen a couple who swapped heads and ecu's... but sweet nonetheless

There are not many that I know of other than Motec. The options on Motec seem to be endless, but on the flip side there are not many that can tune it. :(

02 Graphite Grey Pearl auto :D Stick a th400 in that bitch, and it will dominate.

The problem the auto guys run into is the rear end swap is not so easy. A lot have blown the rear end apart and swapping the supra rear end requires some work since it won't just fit in and there are conflicts with the gas tank. PM me what on your setup on the supra. It looks like a sick car!
