New 05 WRX priced at $28,500... hmmm

Yeah I went to look at a new 05 the other day and they askign price was a tad over $28k.. .wow!! I like them but im not going to pay that much for one. You think this is just something to do with it being a new model year? Anyone bought an 05 for a decent price?

There is a 4-5k dollar price difference depending on what options you get, well at least for the 04 models there was.

I think now that you mention it, they put like everything they could on it. Just for reference its a the red 05 sitting up at Huffman on dixie highway. I love the red!! Its my favorite color on the WRX so far. But anyhow, I did notice they put all kinds of stuff on it:the premium package of course, the boost gauge, the super skinny (I dislike) STi shift knob, and a few other things that I could do without.

Oh well, im still shopping and right now there are 3 names on the market that offer a turbo car I would want to buy: Subaru, Mitsubishi, and Dodge. if I just had the money for an STi I would be set!! lol
