Lately I've noticed a lot of threads disappearing. What's going on with that?

Either way, there's no explanation as to why, they just up and disappeared. While this massive Fukluk thread, where personal attacks are going on, is left wide open. As well as this Callout thread by Micah

Where does it say in the rules the staff needs to explain to the board why they moved a thread? Last I checked only the thread starter gets that notice and in most cases a notice really isnt needed. Its usually pretty obvious as to why its deleted.

edit: If the board gets moderated too much...you bitch. If its moderated too little...you bitch. Im glad Im not the owner I really would go on a power trip and shut the whole damn thing down and let some of you find something else to bitch about during the course of a day.

Whoa whoa whoa, I'm not bitching. I honestly don't really give a crap about the threads being deleted, I'm just curious how this thread about a girl getting too much attention got deleted, but a thread with very harsh personal attacks on people is still left open to continue the drama.

I honestly dont know the reason it got moved but my guess would be girls dont have as thick of skin as the parties involved in the other threads. Anybody who gets flamed in the other thread deserves it. Not so much for a poor girl who I dont think is even on the board.

Understandable, I just figured when a thread begins to grow to 10, 15, 20 pages, there has to be some sort of major drama carrying on and eventually action would be taken. I'm leaving this alone now.

i am personally glad that the thread was closed. only because people began running their mouths and not knowing when to stop. but i didnt understand why the other thread was left open with 30+ pages as well. i really dont care i just thought it was "interesting" that mine got closed (which i am not bitching about) and this other one stayed open until recently.
