View Full Version : getting back in shape?

I use to be in real good shape from racing bmx and riding bikes for years day in and day out and constantly doing things, but ever since i began working full time i no longer have any hobby's. So i have started to gain some weight not a whole lot but im starting to get a gut and i dont like it.
My job has me constantly lifting things and walking around with them etc. and i have noticed my body aching constantly due to being out of shape the last 2 years my back and shoulders etc. i dont have time or money to get back into bmx even though i wish i could because i miss it. :sad2:
And i dont care to lift weights so what kind of basic things would you all recommend like jogging and situps, pushups, etc. and what kind of things should i be more careful on eating and drinking and no i wont stop drinking beer i only drink 2 or 3 nights a week and not a whole lot exept when im at the valley or at a party. so help me out people im starting to feel fat and lazy. :(

i might stop by sometime eric who knows im just not big on weight lifting ive allways hated it only did it when i had to in school.
