What are the basic things to do to eat right in general... not looking to lose weight just trying to get some things to avoid frozen dinners, pizzas, and spaghetti O's.. and that stuff. basic steps?

Meat, seafood, fruit, veggies, dairy, eggs, natural peanut butter, and a bit of heavy whole grain breads. Canned or frozen veggies and fruit make rounding out a healthy meal quite simple.
