get off your ass and do it the old fashioned way????
I know I will get flamed for saying that....but seriously.....
I know you said you "don't have time", but you can always make time for something thats really important to you IMHO.

hmmmm....let's see
I own a restaurant/bar, work about 70-80 hours a week, drink beer every night, and still get up in the morning and work out 4 or 5 days a week.....
like i said, if its important enough to you, you can make time for it.

She said a diet pill with a thermagenic(sp) like one called Hot Rox. $69.99 Plus you need to supplement with something called CLA which helps break down brown fat in the abdominal area. Just go up to the GNC in Oxmoor and she'll hook you up.

How the fuck does something break down fat only in the abdomenal area? Fat breaks down in the natural and opposite order it is applied. Stomach usually being the first to get fat, thus the last to lose it. Stuff that claims to mess with teh natural order of things gets a thumbs down in my book.
I'm not calling you lazy by any means, you do more work than me, but i am still a stickler for the old fashion way. Only reason i say that is that you may lose that 20 lbs using the pills etc, but it will cost a small fortune and you will gain it back very fast as soon as you stop taking them. If thats okay with you by all means go for it. I just dont think its the healthiest or most cost effective way of doing it.

Eric is right....you can't "break down fat in the abdominal area". You can break down fat, but your body is going to choose where and how much comes off. Your best bet is diet (you'd be surprised the changes you can make by cutting out sugar) and exercise. There aren't going to be any safe miracle pills coming out because human physiology isn't changing.
Just remember this mantra: "If it works, it isn't safe. If it's safe, it doesn't work."

I'll be the third to say that 'spot reducing' or just shaving fat off the abdominals, aint gonna happen. There have been a million 'miracle' pills all making those claims and they don't work.
I third the 'old fashion way' as well. You can run for 20 minutes a day and make progress as long as you have a good diet. If you say you can't make time for 20 minutes a day you're lying. Everyone can make time for 20 minutes.
Just cut the fat from your foods, and do 20 minutes of cardio a day and it'll start to peel off.

Don't cut the fat from your foods. Cut the processed crap from your foods and you'll drop it faster than anything. Food from the produce aisle (fresh or frozen), meat department, and dairy aisle should be 90% of what you eat. Also, again, you don't need 20 minutes of cardio....find the thread on interval training. 20 minutes and you can be done and showered.
