Nice fish. I have heard that the catfish are plentiful this year at TL. I will probably go fishing a few times this year, I just have to get the old fishing boat or pontoon running. I used to fish alot, but now I am more of a watersports kind of guy. I will have the Nautique out in the next couple weeks. I usually go to TL at least once a week. What day of the week do you usually go down there?

i usually go down with some friends on my off days which are tue. and wed. . the biggest catfish we've got was a 9 pd one. we have a pontoon and we just got a little speed boat with a 75hp on it. it goes so much faster than the pontoon. yeah if you ever wanna meet up, you can never have too many people to go fishing with. that carp was so big that right when i picked it up on the boat the line just broke . its my biggest fish yet. we mainly just catfish though. we should meet up, the more people we have fishing the better the chance of catching that million dollar budweiser bass:D .

me and dustin attempted to go fishing in his pond on his property but we only caught some lovely tree leaves and then gave up ...lol

yeah i've had some bad luck with pulling out tree bass:mad: . but i've caught my fair share of fish this year. and its just beginning.

Where are some good places to go fishing at around here? I caught a few catfish at this little pond near me. they were about 13 lbs.

I just got back from a week-long fishing/camping trip in the Boundary Waters (northern minnesota/canada). Excellent fishing up there, caught my limit 3 times.. all smallmouth bass. none smaller than 3-4 lbs

I live about 5 miles away from taylorsville lake i try to get out atleast once a week. Just so everyone knows that budweiser bass is mine!
