I'm looking to become a bit more flexible. Currently, I'm pretty stiff. Anyone have any links that would describe some exercises that would increase my overall flexibility?

TIA

Haven't actually read most of this one, but it's got alot of stuff....hopefully it's good - http://web.mit.edu/tkd/html/stretching_toc.html

It's really not that hard.....just stretch. To get strong, you push your limits lifting. To get flexible, you push yourself when stretching. Go slightly (and I mean SLIGHTLY! This is a slow process) beyond your limit and hold for 30 seconds (I hate that part, but I've been reading stuff that 15-20 seconds and the muscle is no different from not being stretched). Stretch daily, stretch twice daily. Stretch in the morning, stretch before bed. Stretch when watching TV instead of sitting on the couch. The only way you're going to get flexible is to work at it.

Yoga excercises are always good for stretching and becoming more flexible.
