Well, I finally found enough modivation to get off my lazy ass and do something. Yesterday, I went to the park and ran/jogged for a while. When I woke up today, I wasn't in too much pain so I went back this afternoon, dispite the heat. Now, I am in so much pain, I can't hardly move!!!! I'm kinda proud of myself even though it's only the second day. I plan on keeping up this routine and start eating better! Working around sweets all day isn't too fun when you wanna eat healthy.

If anyone wants to meet me at community park and run/jog, just let me know. I'm gonna try and go everyday or at least every other day. I get off work at 3:30 and go straight there. I plan on running in the mornings sometimes too. So, if you ever get enough modivation to go and don't want to by yourself.... I wouldn't mind some company! :D Just PM me, instant message me(MsRain111), or call if you have the number.

I need to start doing that. I want to get back into shape like I was end of summer my senior year. That means lots of running and some weight lifting too

hey you should go runnin in the mornings with me! it's scary sometimes running down eastern pkwy at 5am. but it's 2 miles every other day. but the pain goes away, trust me. the first day was really easy but the next 4 days was hell. now it's just easy. get a cd player and listen to some tunes...

Same here...except my goal is sophomore year. I've put on roughly 60 pounds since then. I designed next semester's schedule around weight lifting and work...hopefully I'll be able to stick with it. Problem is that I've gone through a gazillion injuries throughout highschool and college...it makes it hard for me to sustain a workout for more than a couple of weeks...

Negative, I can't quite explain why I won't do that, but I really can't.
