Well i sent a money order for $470.00 to 4bangin on the board for A pair of CF fenders,and CF mirrors,his response was "" Yea I can do it without your car cause I have a crx of my own so if you want just send me a postal M. O. for the amount I will get started and have them to you in a minimum of 2 weeks guaranteed. Thanks Clint Fisher""I sent the money order out on February.25(still have reciepts) and still have not recieved the product that i payed for,i talked to him on the phone about 2 weeks ago and he promised that they would be ready in TWO days from when we spoke,yet after plenty of e-mails and trying to im him,only resulted in him not responding to the e-mails and him jumping off the internet as soon as i would im him.If anyone has any opinions as to what i should do please help!!!!Or If anyone knows of a good lawyer that deals with this kind of stuff please send me some info@strippedb18crx@aol.com,in the meantime please feel free to flame the hell out of this clown.....Chris

Yes matt i find it funny that he has the time to post shit on the board but he cant find the time to even e-mail me or call me,i really am trying to be calm about this whole deal i have not hijacked any of his threads or anything,He is acting really childish about this whole thing,I hope he looks at this thread and realizes that i will get my fenders and mirrors or get the money one way or another ;)

thanks for the bashing. but as we spoke on the phone and i told you about the backorder, but you must be forgetfull, huh. well like i told you you will have them and as it stands asa promised i will do you sunroof as i quoted to you, this takes time, and the custom mirrors you want they require time. which i haven't had due to the back order of yous materials and then they sent the wrong adheasive..... So heres my question why all this bullshit talk and i speak too you on a regular basis.WTF

take him to court!! there are many trial and small claims lawyers that can easily win this case for you!! and when you are done 400 dollars is gonna be the least of his worries!!

take him to small claims court you dont need a lawyer for that print this thread out where he admits to owing you this and it should be all the evidence you need
